The HopURL.com account owner, (herein referred to as 'Owner') agrees to waive liability of Inex Ventures Inc. (the parent company) (herein referred to as 'HopURL.com') from any claims resulting from misuse of the service. Owner agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless HopURL.com and its affiliated companies, from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from breach of this Agreement. HopURL.com services may only be used for lawful purposes.
Owners must adhere to the strict 'no spam' policy at HopURL.com. Spam, also called unsolicited commercial email (UCE), will result in immediate cancellation of Owner account and removal of all short URL's created.
Owner understands that a valid email address is required by HopURL.com for use of this service.
HopURL.com makes no warranties of any kind for the service it provides, whether expressed or implied. HopURL.com will not be held liable for any damages suffered to owner, including, but is not limited to: loss of data resulting from delays, service outages caused by HopURL.com's negligence. HopURL.com will not be held liable for any damages suffered to owner by use of the HopURL.com Redirection Technology system.
Owner agrees to receive periodic promotional offers (via email) from HopURL.com or Inex Ventures Inc. the parent company.
Owner understands that upgrading to PRO level of service is optional. The upgraded service requires a valid Credit Card. If the subscription is cancelled at the Credit Card company the account will automatically be reverted back to a FREE account and all PRO features will be turned off. Owners agrees that no refunds, or partial refunds, will be issued. Owner also acknowledges that cancelling the subscription in the middle of the billing period reverts the account back to a FREE account with no PRO features.
HOPURL.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. THE SERVICE IS DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE. HOPURL.COM WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES OR COSTS THAT YOU AND/OR YOUR BUSINESS MAY SUFFER WHEN USING THE SERVICE. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS HOPURL.COM FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF SERVICE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NEITHER HOPURL.COM NOR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY AS A RESULT OF THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SERVICE.
Should any paragraph of this agreement be considered illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of law, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining paragraphs of this agreement shall remain unaffected thereby unless otherwise stated.
This service agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Nevada and of the United States of America.
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous written, verbal or implied provisions. Use of HopURL.com services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. HopURL.com reserves the right to make changes and amendments to these terms and conditions at any time. HopURL.com agrees to notify account owners of any changes or amendments by email OR by posting changes on this page.
